| Abstract | This exercise is designed to make obvious such dynamics that influence the individuals to achieve the organizational mission and vision as a whole, more successfully and proficiently. During this exercise one fluorescent colored square paper of five by five inches is distributed to each participant and they are asked to put a hole inside the paper within five minutes, to attain the goal. The paper divulges about eight attainable methods (method 1-8) and out of these the seventh method is the most pertinent. All these eight methods demonstrate respondents’ special qualities. Also, it reveals that those who execute the seventh method, their performances in the work life are outstanding. Participants will be able to scan their creativity, information seeking ability, listening and learning attitude, perception and persuasion skills, etc. in class room; through this easy exercise. |
