Abstract |
As workplaces evolve, the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in conflict resolution emerges
as a critical area of study. This research delves into the communication strategies employed by AI
systems in resolving interpersonal conflicts within the workplace. Through a thorough review of
existing literature, including studies on AI applications in conflict resolution and traditional
communication strategies, this paper aims to analyse the impact of AI on workplace dynamics. The
research utilises a content analysis approach, drawing insights from secondary data sources such
as academic journals, case studies, and reports. Findings illuminate how AI systems interpret
language cues, analyse sentiment, and adapt communication styles to mediate conflicts. The
discussion explores the implications of identified strategies on employee satisfaction, trust, and
cultivating a positive conflict resolution culture. Additionally, ethical considerations surrounding
transparency and bias in AI-driven conflict resolution are addressed. The paper concludes by
summarising key insights and suggesting avenues for future research to advance our understanding
of the complex interplay between AI, communication, and conflict resolution in the contemporary
workplace. |
