Title Evaluation of Work-Life balance among Nurses: Special reference to Government hospitals in Madurai

Abstract Abstract: Nursing profession lead a proper this study clusters work and life balance RN’s (Registered nurses) employed in government hospitals located in Madurai. Private sector nurses faces low level of stress compared to public hospital nurses. Because Public sector hospital provide high pressures and constraints to the nurses. So this study investigates to collected 160 samples under stratifies random sampling method to collect the primary data in four high crowing hospitals to evaluate the aspects affecting WLB and value the influence level of job satisfaction of the nurse. This study concentrates only three important aspects like time, workload and environment factors only and eight statement were studied to conclude the level of satisfaction. At last this study was determined with some suggestions to improve the employment and life balance among nurses.
